Our training programs are for athletes looking for sports-specific training and conditioning, powered by trainers who are the best in the biz. All ages, skill levels, and sports are welcome. We’ve helped NFL pros and college athletes accelerate their performance and see results, but we also train junior athletes to fine-tune their skills and step up their game.

TEAM TRAINING

Our team performance training programs are designed to deliver a workout that is organized, educational, progressive and customized for the entire team. Each session is designed with the needs of the sport, athletes age and training history. In a group environment teammates are pushed by each other to get the most out of each session and help drive team building and accountability.

ELITE ATHLETE TRAINING PROGRAM

The Elite Athlete program starts with a complimentary fitness assessment with our performance coaches to get a baseline of your current athletic ability. Our coaches will also evaluate mobility and previous athletic history to ensure safety during your upcoming training sessions. This sessions is schedule outside of normal training times and must be completed before participating in the program.

During Elite Athlete sessions, athletes will complete a program strategically designed to optimize strength, power and performance, across all sports. Sessions will focus on improving all athletes strength as a group, and then divide into a tailored workout for the individualized sport of each athlete.

To ensure progress, each athlete will be evaluated at the beginning of the program and tracked over their duration to help accomplish their individual goals.

REGULAR

Our high performance small group training program that challenges each athlete to push themselves to the next level. Ages 13 – 24.

JUNIORS

An athletic training program that focuses on strength, speed/agility, and conditioning to improve performance. Ages 8 – 12.

COMBINE TRAINING PROGRAM

Our performance coaches offer an intensive and all-encompassing Combine and Pro Day Training program to get you ready for the biggest job interview of your life. Every aspect of your preparation will be monitored and tracked to ensure you perform at your best when it counts.

This program will push you daily to help you reach new levels of performance in strength, speed, agility, power, balance, and flexibility. Our program covers all aspects of athletic performance including:

  • Speed training
  • Combine movement training
  • Strength and power training
  • Position-specific skill work
  • Regeneration massage
  • Nutrition education

While you prepare for the NFL Combine, we provide constant feedback so you can develop the necessary skill in all of the combine tests. Our performance coaches will work with you to develop your linear and multidirectional speed, as well as the technique necessary to perform the 40-yard dash, 3-cone drill, 20-yard shuttle, and 60-yard shuttle. We’ll also help you develop the necessary strength, power, and technique needed to excel in the 225 lb. bench press, broad jump, and vertical jump.

GOLF PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

An efficient and powerful golf swing requires athletes to move through a repeatable pain-free range of motion, but upwards of 80 percent of all golfers will experience low back pain at some point. Our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 performance coaches will perform “The Swing-Body Connection” performance assessment to help you better understand your own unique movement capabilities and how it relates to your golf swing. Our coaches will then use this assessment to develop a personalized program to enhance your performance and keep you on the course. Make sure to ask how the TPI Assessment could be covered by insurance.

[Fe] STRONG PROGRAM

“Iron” Strong brings together women of all fitness levels who train for one common goal; strength. You will learn how to safely conduct exercises using a variety of equipment, and become educated on how to conduct barbell movements correctly. With an amazing atmosphere filled with a variety of training resources and like-minded individuals, it is almost impossible NOT to reach your goal.
