Train with like-minded individuals in customized small groups with updated workouts every 4 weeks. You’ll learn how to squat, hinge, push, pull, carry and condition in a way that is based on your experience level and goals.

You’ll receive a customized training program that includes:

  • UAPC gym membership
  • 1-3 sessions per week with your personal trainer or on your own in the gym
  • Recommended group classes to attend
  • Nutritional guidance to help maximize recovery and ensure progress towards your goals
