GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
These three elements serve as the building blocks for all of our group classes. Below each class description, you’ll see a breakdown of strength, conditioning, and mobility levels for that class.
Exercise that has the ability to raise your heart rate and sustain a higher heart rate for a period of time.
The body’s ability to produce force against external resistance or leverage bodyweight.
The ability to move freely and easily through a full range of motion.
