GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
These three elements serve as the building blocks for all of our group classes. Below each class description, you’ll see a breakdown of strength, conditioning, and mobility levels for that class.
CONDITIONING
Exercise that has the ability to raise your heart rate and sustain a higher heart rate for a period of time.
STRENGTH
The body’s ability to produce force against external resistance or leverage bodyweight.
MOBILITY
The ability to move freely and easily through a full range of motion.
YOGA
Find your center and get a full-body workout in one class. This Vinyasa-style yoga class uses a flowing sequence of standing and sitting poses that can help you build strength and improve your balance and flexibility. You’ll also sync your inhales and exhales to the movement, creating a mind-body connection that can also relieve stress. You’ll leave with an understanding of yoga basics while accomplishing a great workout. No prior yoga experience is required.

SPIN
This is not your normal Spin class. Trust you will sweat! We take the experience of our Personal Training and put it into our Spin classes. You can expect Variety, Goal Setting and Testing days in these intense classes. SPIN EXPRESS also available for a condensed 30-minute class.

CORE SPIN
This class will begin with 25 minutes of spin work, followed by a 20 minute core blast workout off of the bike. This class is great for building strong lower body and core muscles!

CARDIO BLAST
This fast-paced, circuit-style class will put your cardiovascular endurance to the test and help you burn calories at top speed with a combination of agility work, plyometrics (jumping exercises), a weighted circuit, and full-body movements. If you’re looking for a high-intensity class that will get your heart pumping, help you burn fat, and boost your fitness level, Cardio Blast is for you. CARDIO BLAST EXPRESS also available for a condensed 30-minute class.

SoulBody Barre
Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga, this upbeat class uses a ballet barre to help strengthen and tone your body. This class is choreographed to music, but no previous dance experience is required! Barre uses a mindful combination of gentle movements and holding poses to build strength. This class also focuses on balance and alignment and incorporates stretching to increase your flexibility.

SoulBody Barre ``Unhitched``
SoulBody Barre “Unhitched” incorporates movements inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates using two props: a weighted body barre and exercise ball. During this upbeat class choreographed to music, you’ll use a combination of interval training and holding poses to build muscle, strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility.

SoulBody Power
SB Power is a 30 minute cardio blast that combines HIIT blocks with body-toning “barre” exercises to create that “perfect burn”! Get a full-body work-out that keeps the heart rate elevated while strengthening and toning muscles and building a strong core. Sneakers optional.

BIKE N' BARRE
This class is an interval training mash-up including the muscle shaping isometrics of Barre class blended with the cardiovascular challenge of a spin class. Prepare yourself for the total body experience you have been looking for!

This is a challenging class designed to push you through a burst of spin coupled with upper body movements for the ultimate full-body workout.

Channel your inner Rocky with this class that uses traditional boxing methods to help you grow stronger, improve your coordination, and increase your stamina. A series of punches, jabs, and uppercuts will get your heart rate up, while heavy bag work adds contact and resistance to strengthen your core. This is a full-body workout that can improve your overall fitness.

This class is designed to help you master the seven basic movements of strength-training: hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, gait, and rotational/anti-rotational exercises. The techniques you learn in this class will create a strong foundation for training, group classes, and more. This class is ideal for people looking to build confidence in strength-training, grow stronger, and have a fun, challenging workout.
