Golf Performance Coaching: Level I

For all golfers of all skill levels and ages that are looking for a place to start enhancing their physical capabilities for golf. Golf Performance PRO Coaching: Level II

This membership will give you access to all the programs and workouts that Level I does, but will also give you access to a community within the Golf Performance HQ. Every month there will be a new goal and challenge developed by the coach and the program will be designed around that goal in mind. This membership will give you access to the community in order to ask questions, post progress, and interact with like minded golfers!

Custom Coaching: Level III

If you feel like you need more individualized attention this option is for you! The custom programming will address you specific skill level, training level/history and individual limitations that may be holding you back from shooting your best score ever. You will work 1:1 with the coach to receive a program that will tackle all of your individual needs. The coach will be there to answer any questions and check in weekly to make sure you are making optimal progress.

Lifetime virtual golf training programs

Strength training

Train muscles and movement.

A 3 month personalized program that is focused on strength geared towards golfers of all ages and skill levels who want to train to get stronger with a golf focus in the gym. This program will train muscles and movement helps transfer to golf.

Power training

Develop explosive power.

A 3 month periodized program to help develop explosive power geared towards golfers who have a base of strength or would like to increase their ability to create power. Utilizing unique training methods you will increase your body’s explosiveness and increase the power of your swing.

Mobility training

Get into the proper positions.

Need help getting into the proper positions that make for an efficient and powerful golf swing? By working on mobility we can increase our potential for strength and speed. Our mobility program can be performed and repeated as much as needed.
