Women’s Lifting Seminar

$17Ditch the stigma of lifting, and learn how to build strength and sculpt a lean physique through weight training. Personal trainers Megan Thrasher and Laura Gair will cover basic lifting techniques, discuss what it means to be “toned”, bust the myth that “lifting makes women bulky”, and lead you through a 30-minute workout. Registered Dietitian Sydney Richards will discuss how to fuel and replenish your body for building healthy lean muscle. Afterwards, cool off with a refreshing drink from EarthShake. Each attendee will be entered into a raffle, where two winners will receive one 45-minute personal training session with Megan Thrasher or Laura Gair. Spots are limited, so register today!
