Hip Hinge Seminar

FREEIs that laundry basket feeling heavier than normal? Do you feel like you can lift heavier but the bar just isn’t getting off the ground? It may be due to your hip hinging pattern. This “pattern” is required of anyone and everyone – even if you’re not an athlete. The hip hinge is how you should be picking objects off the ground, it’s how you should go from sitting to standing, moving furniture, and doing most activities throughout the day.
By teaching proper pattern mechanics, you will be able to load your hips (lift more) with decreased pain!
