Summer training is here!

Introducing an all new 8-Week Summer program with the best facilities and trainers available to help you enter your preseason in the best shape possible.

Our weekly strength, conditioning and agility program is aimed at maximizing your range of motion, flexibility and mechanics to help develop total body strength and explosive power.

Enter your preseason in the best shape possible

Phase 1 – Assessment and Evaluation

At the start of the program, we will be assessing and evaluating each athlete through balance, stabilization, range of motion, flexibility, and proper running, jumping and landing mechanics phases.

Phase 2 – Building Total Body Strength

We will then move towards building total body strength through explosive power and plyometrics, core strength, speed and agility.

Weekly Training Schedule:

Our weekly strength, conditioning and agility program is aimed at maximizing your range of motion, flexibility and mechanics to help develop total body strength and explosive power.  Mobility will be the basis of every workout.

2x week: Strength, power and conditioning

1x week: Full speed, agility and plyometrics
