Group Traing Schedule

Standard 1 Hour Classes


Cardio Kickboxing
Incorporates boxing and kickboxing drills and techniques with continuous movement to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility, strength, balance and power. This class is for all levels. It's sure to be a knockout!

Strong Motion Circuit
An invigorating combination of cardio and strength training exercises in a fun, small group atmosphere.

Bosu Bonanza
Total body balance workout using a bosu ball, Dumbbells, bands, and upbeat music.

Zumba Fitness
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music. The routines feature fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The easy-to-follow dance steps make the class a lot of fun! The class will end with some butts and guts work. Check out what all the hype is about!

Navy SEAL Fit For Kids
Designed by a former Navy SEAL, this program will get kids up and moving. We focus on balance, agility, hand eye coordination, and having fun. Suitable for all kids age 8-16. Pre-Registration Required!



Standard 1/2 Hour Classes


Cardio Kickboxing
Currently, we offer Cardio Kickboxing in a condensed 30 minute version for those pressed for time.



Premium Fitness Classes


Pilates
A systematic practice of specific exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen and stabilize your core, coupled with focused breathing patterns. Mat classes offered to all levels. Classes are 1 hour in length.

Private Yoga by Beth Malcolm
Beth has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. Her yoga background and focus is Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative and Thai. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the National Yoga Alliance. Classes are 1 hour in length and are open to all levels. Call or email to register.



Studio membership is not required to participate in any of our Group Training Classes. You can always just drop in for a class but please remember class sizes are limited.
